Greetings to all

Hi all,

Just joined. I'm a stand-up/cabaret-type performer who's just published my first Ebook, I've also written and directed a couple of radio shows and short films, and I've got some children's literature that's been doing the 'thiiis close to closing' (always be closing) thing for a while now - had a publisher take me to lunch to ask me to redo the story as a graphic novel - I expressed doubts but did so anyway - she got her assistant to tell me that actually, it probably wouldn't work as a graphic novel... ugh. Le sigh. I lick my war wounds and carry on.

Looking forward to being part of a community of fellow scribblers and feedbacking fellows. I will try to be as nice as possible without being totally useless critique-wise.

The graphic novel thing may have been for the best, now I can bide my time til someone's willing to publish it in its original form (*cue evil-mastermind 'Mwahahaha!'*)

I do also sometimes write pontificate-y online articles about why 'Fight Club' is actually a classic romantic comedy, if that's up anybody's alley.
