Also, I'm at 7,500 words on the day and am not sure I can make many more before I pass out. Aiming for 500, then sleep. Unless they're really good, then sleep will become entirely optional.

Spying. Sometimes I'm very good at it. Other times I'm a subject matter expert brought in on tense international corporate espionage matters and completely inept at everything else.

I have two doctor's appointments today. Joy. Also, I'm taking a break from writing for a bit. Forcing myself to do it is apparently counter-productive?

Watching the news - It's all about the fires atm. 40 houses lost in NSW, but everyone is okay.

What does blow my mind however, is the amount of space this one particular fire has burnt through. 40000 hectares.

Switzeland is 41,284 hectares according to wikipedia. That's a massive fire

So this is a weird thing that happened: I dreamt the ending to a story. A really good ending, too. I feel compelled to write it, but I only know the ending.

Like I said, weird.

And I have a vague idea for another short story, but I don't think I have the skill to properly pull it off.

I'm up to early because my bed is cold and can't sleep.

And I have a dilemma today. I have a lot of writing that needs to get done but I'm starting to potty train Little K today. Which basically means I won't get much of anything done. I meant to write this weekend, but I got to distracted with other stuff.

I had a dream where I was watching an emo comedian who seemed to be quite a fan of Tails the Fox. Then, for a competition as to who would join him on stage, Commander Shepard started singing karaoke. And then it was a minigame for some reason.
