Ha! So I did ask who designed the cover and it's not something they tell me. There does seem to be some deliberate degrees of separation on different elements of the project and I can certainly see why. With the volume of work they do, probably the last thing anyone needs is open doors to all the interested parties. It would likely turn to chaos. All my questions and concerns are funneled through my editor or her assistant. It works well, though, as everything I ever bring up is addressed timely and to a point of satisfaction.
