I am finished my first book ever and starting to edit, and I would love a writing buddy. I went into the beta thread and offered to be a beta reader, but my book isn't ready for that. I would like someone to bounce ideas around with, look over drafts, straighten each other out. I can read and edit a lot better than I can write! And I am aware of my thoughts as they come, so I can communicate that.
If interested, please let me know? I feel kind of like a loser here, doing this, but hey - nothing ventured, nothing gained. Right?
