Now I'm gonna have to google it.

Ok, so I'm eating some take-n-bake pizza and catching up on scores. My team won again and I've been posting images in bad taste on a few forums. You know, to keep the trolling chops sharp.

That weekend in VA looks like super-fun. Too bad I have to miss it.

Hey scaley butt. :)

We're getting a bad storm tonight. Up north they're supposed to get up to 2 feet, but here in Fargo we're just getting some ice and an inch or so. Not too bad yet. :)

Mmm... pizza...

Hey! That tail is MINE!

*steals Night*

*pets*

Well, you ain't been around and that tail ain't gonna pet itself! I mean, I waited for you to show up and pet it, but you never came.

*cues sad violin music*

And I waited and waited. Sometimes I stayed up all night long mashing the F5 key in hopes of seeing your replies. But no....you never replied.

I was lost and confused! But then I realized there was a dragon's tail that needed petting and that saved me.

Sometimes I would set out a tray of nachos.

*gets a sad puppy from the van to add to the guilt trip*

And this poor puppy kept yelping and yelping every time your name came up.

Well, actually I'm heading off for the night... but if I am promised I get to come back for tail petting I may come back sometime soon. :D

*hides tail and runs*

Look! The puppy has a tail! And he's waggin' it, just waiting for someone to pet it.

Crap, okay, Abby. If you come back you can pet my tail. Just once a night though, any more than that and it starts getting chapped.

See, Kuru and CJD are caused by prions, we believe, and prions are very difficult to eliminate. You want a zombie virus, use a Kuru prion that's been genetically enhanced in a lab somewhere to strike with vastly accelerated effects. It would be devastating, incurable, and the victims would exhibit many zombie-like effects.

Of course, in one story (Blood Moon) I use an accidental nanotechnology release to start the plague, but the structural basis of the nano virus is a Kuru prion.

:)

It was sunny and gorgeous here.

Now it is not.

*grumbles and closes the windows*

Not that I got outside beyond getting a paper. Too much to do here today. Too much by far.

:chores

It's rainy and blowing, the rain is hitting my walls so that it sounds like somebody is living inside of them and dragging themselves between the studs and plaster. It's a delightfully creepy sound.

Kind of chilly here...not that I've actually been outside, but the house feels chilly.

Good luck on subbing and on NaNo, Ted. Rainy days make it perfect to work on writing and such.

I have two stroies that I should be subbing...maybe I'll see about that later.
