Hello all!

Just signed up, though I've creeped once or twice in the past on these forums looking for information. I'm ready to get in on the discussions and talk with fellow writers.

I'm a born and raised Texan, and am spending a year in France as an au pair. I have recently finished my first novel and am looking to do more revisions on it, but also write screenplays and am working on my third at the moment. I'm basically another young writer working tirelessly to hone in on "the craft" and navigate through the world of rejection and failure. Haha.

Happy Holidays!

See, i had to click to figure out why "Howdy" was coming from France. And now i know it's by way of a Texan au pair. :) That is character in a nutshell :)

What's your novel about? What's the genre?

I have a friend in France, and he is the nicest guy I've never met in person. I hope the people you meet there are just as nice!

Anyway, welcome!
