Crikey!

I was just out cycling and we got this massive lightning storm overhead!

No joke!

Don't implicate me in all this, I didn't say nuffink!

ROAR :D

BTW, I don't think your lightning is for the Bible-story-remixing as much as it's for the avatar...

I'm going to have to agree with heyjude. That avatar deserves a butt-kicking.

Oh . . . wait. I gave him the avatar. Oops.

<Glad to hear Howie's resting comfortably, Susie! :Hug2:>

Thx much, Mclesh. Unfortunately, not comfortably at all. Still in quite a bit of pain, but he can sleep for a little bit. Thankful it's not worse.

:Cake:s 4 all!

Gotta joke for youz :)

Lol's!! That one is funny. Sorry about Howie's pain :( Maybe a nice movie would get his mind off of it? Or you could read to him? I hope he feels better quickly!

thx so much, guys 'bout howie. Would you believe we talked to the doc's office to get the pain meds he needs and thought it was all set. For some reason it didn't go thru to the pharmacy and now we have to wait again 'til tomorrow. This is 3 days waiting! If he didn't have a few pain pills from his bad back he'd be in real trouble. I don't know what's going on... I need :Cake:s Who else? :)

Sorry, Susie. I wish you were in Atlanta. I would send you to my brother or sister-in-law. SIL would get you the medicine if she had to go over and kick the doctor's butt.

I'm watching The Taste. I'm not usually fond of those shows (like Hell's Kitchen) because it's all a set-up to produce conflict and drama, but I haven't started hating The Taste yet.

I'm sorry, Susie. Customer service doesn't seem to exist anymore. I'm currently duking it out with my stupid bank who was supposed to issue me a new debit card weeks ago. I showed up this morning, and they gave me a dumb look like "What? What are you talking about?"

Aw, Susie, hugs and painkillers to Howie. I hope things shape up.

Veggie Tales! I love Veggie Tales. Sadly, my kiddos are too old and cool for them now. :e2bummed:

Love the ten commandments for kids, ac. :D

One of Richard's and my friends from college was one of the original VeggieTales animators. He made VeggieTales for them for ten years.

Ouch! Praying the pharmacy will come through quickly, Susie! You and Howie can have my piece of cake.

Alessandra, please tell your friend he did a great job!

Blessings,

Speaking of Germany . . .

I watched a documentary a few weeks ago about the Battle of the Bulge. They interviewed one of the American soldiers who was there during the time when the Germans were advancing and the US troops couldn't be resupplied. His comment was that the Germans would fire an 88mm cannon at a single soldier since they had plenty of ammunition. He might have also mentioned something about trying to keep his head down.

The Battle of the Bugle?

That's when they blew on trumpets and brought down the walls of Jelly-co?

Oh, AC! You really are good with the Bible stories!

Maybe I should do my version of one of the classic novels.
