I saw that. I've already done the weresquirrel and have a followup in the works which includes at minimum a were hummingbird and a weremoose. And my editor (who is a cruel, cruel woman) sent me a tumblr link about sexy cockroaches the other day.

I desperately want to write #5. :D

I have minor characters in my next book who are werepeacocks, werebadgers and wereboar. The peacocks are serious party animals, but they're also very good tippers.

I'm with Roxxsmom. The sex with abstract concepts idea is great. It has an almost Hieronymous Bosch feel to it.

For category #6, they could extend the dino-porn genre to include other extinct taxa -- trilobites, eurypterids, titanotheres...maybe not titanotheres. Or eurypterids. And I'm not sure about trilobites. But I'm sure there's some opportunities for palaeo-erotica yet to be explored.
