I hope everyone is making great progress!

Since my last post in this thread, I got the thumbs up from my editor on my Book 2 synopsis. I've got about 15k drafted now.

And I just got my Book 1 copy edits this week. They need to be done in about two weeks so that's my focus for now. (I also just today collected more than 40 papers to grade...so this should be an interesting month.)

Working on: The Assassin's Concubine(at 25 of probably 70k+)
Revisions on: Book for Entangled's Dead Sexy line
Haunted by: A damn persistent female Domme/alpha male sub story. I wrote the first chapter to shut them up and their story is already done in my mind. I need some mind reading typing device where I can just imagine the story and it'll record my thoughts.

All my edits are done for every release through march... Bliss.

I have 30ishk left on my M/M beauty and the beast/environmental disaster thing. And 20k left on part one of my the first part of the spinoff to my ushers series. There are some structure issues though, involved ith plotting three separate, concurrent books. :( i might end up with one 150k book instead of three 50k books

On Wednesday I got to 50k words in the draft I'm doing for NaNoWriMo. I might have taken a day off to chill a bit, but the next morning I woke up to the next round of edits for my next release. That's both perfect and very annoying timing. :D So doing those now, then back to the draft in progress. Plenty more story to go in that.

Revisions are done. Unfortunately/fortunately I haven't been able to return to the sci-fi WIP right now because they Fem Dom book has just been pouring out. When a story is coming to me that easily it would be silly to not write it and/or strike while the irons hot. However, I'm still feeling guilty about WIP that got pushed to the side. Like I've insulted the people in my head by doing so. :p

I so know that feeling! I shoved Andrew and Levi (beauty and the beast) aside to write a short bearshifter story, and I felt like they disapproved. But they're almost done so they can hush now. :p

On a beach, of course.
Working on the third installment of my Panther Key series, but the idea for a new series has intruded on my thoughts and won't leave me alone. Need to push the newcomer into the background and get a good 5-6k done this weekend.

I hear you about those pesky plot bunnies! I'm working on the outline for my country music book (Tentatively, The Mansion You Stole), and now I have an idea for a jazz singer at a casino, a women who runs a wedding service, a cake decorator / baker, a divorcee who has a disabled child in need of horseback therapy... Yeah, I'm in trouble, need to write down the basic ideas for each of these and make them wait it out. This is on top of my YA Sealer Saga and my high fantasy Tales of Ellithica that I've been developing for over a year. Is there a way to neuter the bunnies, or at least put them on pause? I'm swamped!

At least my hands have recovered enough that I can get some work done now. I figure I should get the ideas for all of this done in "idea form" (writing down the premise and any random thoughts), get back to Mansion, and then do my (hopes and prays...) last round of major edits for Sealer's Promise.

Between that, I still need to read & blog, plus its Christmas this month. Whew! At least I enjoy all of this stuff. I suppose that's what keeps me (somewhat?) sane. :) Keep up the good work, everyone. If we go one step at a time, there's no reason we can't reach our goals. :D

Working hard on getting The Bottom Line done for Grand Central. Never really wrote on a deadline before, so I hope this one meets my new editor's approval. Loving the story, so I have high hopes. :snoopy:

Also finished edits on book three in the Alliance of the Amazons--The Brazen Amazon. I honestly believe that series gets stronger as it goes along. Hope readers think so!! It's definitely NOT typical urban fantasy, and I've discovered it has a strong reaction from readers--either they love it or hate it.

I recently finished my first novel! It is a m/m romance. I never thought this day would come. I am busy editing, and looking for beta readers. I have never been in the editing process of writing a novel. It is a bit daunting, but exciting as well.

Once it goes out to beta's, I have two outlines, and a few scenes written for both. Will just have to decide which one to tackle first.

Congrats! :) Good luck with the edits and choosing a new project.

I just finished a short novel (50kish) and have started its sequel while it rests for a few weeks. And I'm trying not to check my email every hour on a Sunday of all days.

FemDom(80k) story done. My Wicked Valentine(68k) done. My Wicked Nanny(65k) done. I've been prolific to the point of mania. :p Now, onto My Wicked Devil, book 3 in my 'Wicked' BDSM club series with Loose id, and Penance, the second Femdom book. The original book was at 140k so I had to split it. Might end up with three books for one big following the same couple story. Anyways, waiting for edits, doing edits, lots of stuff going on. :)

My work is never done. I have about 5 plots that I absolutely love. I'm trying to schedule out when I can write them. Hopefully no other ideas hit :)
I know the feeling. All the other plots seem like they'd work better than the book I'm working on.

I got to done with Hostile Beauty and then had it fact checked by a pollution lawyer and ended up rewriting the whole thing. *hangs head* But, it's done now and out on sub.

Now I'm working on a contemporary I'm co-writing with another author, a holiday story for Christmas 2013 (already!?) And my 3rd Wiccan Haus book, Shifter's Blood.

All my publisher's edits for the next release are done. Now I'm working on my own edits of two projects and being indecisive about which to make the priority for submitting next. And one of them is the start of a series (the other potentially is too, because hey, this is me, it's always a series...) so I'm working on planning the rest of the series too.

Various other bits and bobs going on too, but mostly just in the research phase for those.

I just received page proofs of NEVER TOO LATE from eKensington. Squeeeee!!! Seeing the book typeset is yet another surreal moment. It's a paper stack of awesomeness. Even if it means I have a lot of painstaking review to do.

Oooh... a non romance?

While I'm waiting on the contract for my first book to be finalized, I'm working on book two which is due at the end of the year (and stressing about sophomore slump and all that crap).
