At what point is it ok to use the F word with editors/agents?

The answer is anytime, if you're willing to take the consequences.

No sooner than the third date, and only after they've made it abundantly clear that they'd like you to come upstairs and "spend the night."
I've found that most of the drama that happens in peoples day to day lives doesn't tend to last more than a few weeks. Your annoyed now but next week it could be something else entirely that has your attention. So I would let it ride and just get on with the job at hand. Besides can you imagine being on the receiving end of someone who swears at you when your just trying to do your job.

True. I hate to think anyone would actually do so under any circumstances.
On the other hand, I have known writers who sold a novel, had that novel hit the bestseller list, and then sent copies to agents and editors who say no to them.
I can't decide whether this is really any different, but I can at least understand it.
