Setting up a naked URL

I've had a website for about a month now and I still haven't gotten my naked URL to work. The website in question is www.apinkjournal.com, so I want "apinkjournal.com" and "*.apinkjournal.com" to redirect to "www.apinkjournal.com." I got my domain through name.com and am hosting the website with Google's blogger. In all the guides I've found for setting up naked urls, they all say to use the IP address as the answer when setting up an a name. If I look up the IP address and use that, there's nothing at that IP address. What am I supposed to use as the answer in this case?
