March 20, 2015 — Eden Prairie, Minn. — Supervalu Inc. of Eden Prairie, Minn. is recalling Essential Everyday Chocolate Covered Raisins because the product may contain undeclared peanuts.

Essential Everyday Chocolate Covered Raisins were distributed in North Dakota, Minnesota, Illinois, Missouri, Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, and may have been purchased at the company’s Farm Fresh, Shoppers, Cub Foods, Hornbacher’s and Shop ‘n Save stores.

The product is in a 32 oz. clear plastic tub with a black lid. The product is labeled as Essential Everyday Chocolate Covered Raisins and may contain chocolate covered peanuts. The product UPC is code is 41303 05311 and is located on the back label.

March 23, 2015 — Hayward, CA. Carmel Food Group today issued a voluntary recall of certain Rising Moon Organics frozen Ravioli items, because of possible presence of Listeria.

The frozen ravioli products were produced with organic spinach which was found in test results performed by the spinach supplier to show the presence of Listeria.

Giant Eagle Voluntarily Recalls Japanese Breaded Cod Fillets Due to an Undeclared Soy Allergen

March 23, 2015 — PITTSBURGH — All lots of Giant Eagle brand Japanese Breaded Cod Fillets, prepared and sold individually from the Seafood department inside Giant Eagle and Market District supermarkets through March 23, 2015 have been voluntarily recalled by Giant Eagle due to an undeclared soy.

The recalled Japanese Breaded Cod Fillets were purchased by customers in Giant Eagle and Market District supermarkets in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and Maryland. There are no reported illnesses to date associated with this recall.

The fillets were sold individually from the Seafood department with a UPC of 68106 31470.

March 23, 2015 — PITTSBURGH — All lots of Giant Eagle brand Little Italy Paninis, prepared and sold individually from the Prepared Foods department inside Giant Eagle and Market District supermarkets through March 23, 2015 have been voluntarily recalled by Giant Eagle due to an undeclared egg.


The recalled Little Italy Paninis were purchased in Giant Eagle and Market District supermarkets in Pennsylvania and Ohio. There are no reported illnesses to date associated with this recall.

The paninis were sold individually from the Prepared Foods department with UPCs of:
