I just received a contract some of the wording makes me nervous and I don't know of an Attorney, it seems basic but that could get me in trouble. It almost sounds like I'm giving them an idea for a TV show and then I receive nothing for it. Can anyone help with this?

Thank you, I didn't see anything with P&E but have not checked Beware yet. Contracts can be a scary thing.
You could PM me the name of the publisher and I'll let you know if I can see any red flags there.
