ERRATUM : I've used the wrong band name in the scramble. So sorry!
The name that SHOULD be in is to do with Government. If you know it, you will know the band's other name, which is in there.

As it happens, the bandleader shares first name with two recent Presidents, and a surname with another.

Again, I'm sorry for botching it!
