Oh, you meant editor in that sense; I thought you were looking for someone who edited, not an acquisitions person.
If you write like that, probably should've applied for the job writing that.
You need an agent.
If you want to submit to an editor at a specific large publisher, look for an agent who can do that for you.
Who represents the author concerned? That might be a good place to start.
