Okay...I blogged.
A few weeks ago, I made a spagetti goulash of pitches to a magazine where I had a good relationship with the editor. She's now given me two assignments, one due Nov. 9th and one Nov. 26th. Once again, the dog who caught the car wonders...why do I keep chasing these things? But I'm psyched psyched psyched.
Stay warm. Stay dry. Prayers for all affected by Sandy. We lost power for 2 days. So the kids got cold and the ice cream melted.

10,000 words on Nano. I can't believe I did that in three days. Still not sure about this 100k November plan, but I've proven it's possible, especially since the yesterday was the hardest day of writing I have ever done.
Oh, and... ~4k on the Fairy Tale from Camp Nano. I finished it at 8:30pm on the 31st, making it my second 1st draft finished in the course of a year!
Also about 1k of work related writing as I try to get an advertising pamphlet and website out so I can get more students.

Hello, it's Friday!
I blogged. I wrote a piece to submit to the Catholic Standard. I'm working on the article due today so I can't stay to chat. I'm also waiting for the Edits on Helen which are due back today. Honestly, I'm nervous about the editor's thoughts right now.

15000 words. I would have had more, because I was going perfectly on my double Nano, but I haven't written anything since Wednesday because of work, a concert, a conference, and a birthday party. Going to change goal to 75k because there is no way that I can catch up after four days of not writing a thing.
