SNL parodies YA movies

I saw it the other night! So funny. Their TFIOS parody was great too (The Fault in Our Stars 2: The Ebola in Our Everything)

I loved it and I'm a fan of YA movies and lit.

Is there a copy available for those of us outside the US? Everything on youtube and google is coming up blank.

I was really looking forward to a funny YA parody. But the only thing similar to a YA blockbuster was how overhyped this thing was.

HA! That was awesome.

Did anyone else catch the bit of Monty Python thrown in with the King/Queen (Tim the Enchanter), the sheep (the bunny), and the zoomerang (the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch)?

Nay on both counts. Hulu doesn't like Canada, and any clip I find on another website links primarily to the same youtube link which just says that it's not available in my region.

I haven't found it anywhere online for Canadians either SNL is really really stupid that way.

I think the only way to watch US-only videos is through proxies.

If you go on the Global Television website, you can view SNL sketches.

:O I didn't know Global also carried them. Thanks for the info!

I was laughing my ass off through that whole skit.

If they'd been going for accuracy, "Thero" would have been a girl waking up in front of a mirror, who has purple eyes, and the fawning attention of one good guy she's known forever, and one bad boy who may or may not be human. Oh, and her parents would be dead or missing, only to be revealed as the "boss" villain at the end.

It's funny that you think your novel is going to be the one to break the mold, and then you read the summary like that ^ and it really sticks that they're all the same.
