Sorry about the R, Cake. Those suck, but RQ for sure!

Up way to early because girls decided I only needed 5 hours of sleep. They are wrong. Off to nap before errands and class.

((((Jenn & O)))) -- I can't even imagine what that's like. I know you're doing your utter best, and so is he.

Kihanna, very glad to see Sable is doing better! One thing -- have you ever done subcutaneous fluids? Very helpful for kitties with kidney problems. Your vet could help you work out an at-home program if she still needs support beyond drinking water. It's very easy to do. I have done it for years with various kitties who needed it. Not expensive either.

RAB, ugh. WHY ARE SO MANY WORK PLACES SO DYSFUNCTIONAL???

Oh, on the Sweet cartwheeling Jesus? The awesome thing is, it totally fits the moment. I wasn't shoehorning it or anything.

BTW, I think I told you guys about that 20 authors promotion (over 300 new likes for me, and I'm not even one of the most popular choices -- it's mostly upmarket women's fiction and book club stuff). MJ and Randy wrote a HuffP0 piece about it.

Glad Sable is drinking loads, Kiahanna. She sounds like a smart kitty.

Just heard that the Gay Marriage Bill has been passed by the House of Commons, it still has a way to go, but it was a sizeable majority 400 to 175. This makes me happy and proud to be a Brit. :hooray:

{{{{{{Jenn}}}}}} I'm so sorry. I had no idea it's been so rough for you. Come in and vent whenever you need to, darlin', and please let us know if there's something else we can do.

Kia, yay for returning kitteh! She does look tired, but happy.

{{Cake}}

Sue, I saw that and cheered, which got me some very odd looks from my coworkers.

May it have the same majority (or more) the whole way through!

fire, for some reason I thought gay marriage was already legal in England. May I be prophetic for once in my life!

Civil Unions are legal but not marriage, which is a step up. This will mean that couples can marry in those places of worship that allow it. Unfortunately, the good old CoE has spoken against gay marriage, including the new Archbishop of Canterbury. It goes without saying that the Catholic church have done the same here.

Yay England!! I need to move there, STAT! :D

Yay and good luck to knackered kitty!

Yay for KT.

HUGS to Jenn and O.

And I had my first content eval today. English supervisor didn't really have anything to criticize and my German teacher is full of good input and cheering me on. Overall a really good day. Sleep makes all the difference.

Cake- I am right with ya. Got the first QR on this MS. I feel like the book is real now.

I think, with the way I'm seeing things, if I don't get an agent with this book, I must not write the way agents like. Small presses, however, seem to love me. Go figure.

Kia- very glad kitty is doing better. I'll send lots of good health vibes her way.

Yep I am but who knows if it's ever come up before.

Tas - aww, what's up?

Sammy - yeah I know what you mean. It does feel more real-life now.

Calla - it was meant to be penguins but the icing was runny :( and one of them fell over (though, officially, it was the drunk penguin teheh)

Speaking of penguins, I bought penguin duct tape yesterday. If I have to look at duct tape keeping my shower from leaking and my canister vacuum's hose intact, I want to see something that makes me smile.

Unless you all want to squeeze into my shower, that is.

Penguin duct tape sounds amazing. Slap an animal pattern on anything and I'm all over it.

Almost always never where I should be...
Thanks for the good heath wishes for Sable :)
She's pretty much a baby right now. She mostly sleeps, eats, drinks, and wees. Unless the hubby needs to leave the room. Then she's immediately alert and tries to follow him. He was in near tears the first time she did it. She has always been his shadow, but when she fell ill she couldn't follow him. You could see she wanted to, but her body wouldn't let her. The hubby thought he lost his shadow.

Cake - Just constant exposure to a toxic coworker is all. Some days, it's more draining than others.
