You have 4 words and 4 words only for a book title. Make me laugh and earn some Rep.

(Edit: Fantasy titles are fine too)

Not a book title (and doesn't fit your rules), but actually printed on the back of the Shuttle Transport 747:

"Place Shuttle here, black side down.
(righty tighty, lefty loosey.)"

Mutant Killer Alien Wombats

The Mutant Wombats Return

Death of the Wombats

The Mutant Wombat Zombies

(One of those series that wasn't really great the first time, but never seems to die...)

Accountants in Outer Space (Because not all jobs in space will be interesting, and it's about time someone dealt with that)

Captain Rocket's New Thruster (Nooo, it's not softcore... what gave you that idea?)

Laser Maidens from Alderan (Whaddaya mean, "dated" and "sexist?" They're womenfolk using newfangled laser technology! That's progressive as all get-out! The incidental details that they're all EE-cups and up and never developed clothing, plus their attraction to human males despite having no concept of men in their native language, are entirely within the bounds of realistic worldbuilding!)

Not mine, but I went to a book signing with Brandon Sanderson and he said the original name for his Words of Radiance was ... wait for it... The Book of Endless Pages.

His editor obviously talked him out of it. ETA: Oh wait, that was fantasy. Oops.

Sci-fi title then? Snakes on a Spaceplane

PS- JJBenedictis, you make me laugh :)

Yeah, it's fantasy, but I still thought that was hilarious when it was the working title. Of course, I think he expected the book to be shorter at that time. When it got over 1,000 pages, they must have decided the title might not be the best. I loved that book so much I almost wish it had been endless.

It Came From Uranus

Love it. That actually sounds like a title someone would make for a comedic science fiction novel.

I've been thinking of a story with this premise:

A spacefreighter is carrying refined goods from one planet on another. The spacefreighter must have an accountant team on board as they track the expenditures on board. They also must take into consideration relativistic problems when recording their numbers and come into problems when a relativistic bubble of a sort interrupts their flight, leaving them racing to figure out where on the timepath they fit and doing the appropriate TVM calculations.

Aliens Ate my Homework.

I actually read a book with that title as a kid, and I remember liking it.

Robert Olen Butler has some great titles from his Tabloid Dreams collection (not "genre" officially, but contains fantastic elements).

Help me Find my Spaceman Lover
Dead Husband Returns in Body of Parrot

I am reading Words of Radiance right now, and laughed pretty hard when he posted about the Book of Endless Pages on his site.
