In other news, I've hit the 40K mark on my sequel. Finally feel like I'm (maybe) going to be able to finish it on time. Probably about 25 to 30K to go, and the deadline is approaching fast! Meep!

But for now, bedtime ....

We're in NY and they're calling at this point for at least 6 inches but could be more depending on how the storm moves. I'm already predicting that I will keep my kids home

That snowstorm sounds insane, at least from what I am seeing on Facebook.

Sage, that quartet story is calling for you. Give those characters some problems. I made a web chart (not sure that is what it was called) to come up with subplots for secondary characters in my gang-related WIP. I started with their names, drew bubbles for their interests, their problems, their goals. You need to do some freethinking on Quartet to take your mind off your inbox.

Book signing is officially planned. Some people might actually come. LOL.

Back to WIP. It is in a slump and needs some action.

I dunno. We have a gathering in Queens on Sat evening. I think Sam Champion says 6 inches, that's okay. But he's a hottie, and hotties lie a lot. So I dunno. Maybe I'll watch porn play monopoly write some chapters.

Hello everyone. I'm going to be getting back into the AbsoluteWrite groove so as to try and keep myself on track with actually writing. You might remember me, but if you don't then I'll be a bit chatty so that'll change.

Now to clean up the profile a bit.

Congrats to everyone who's getting requests and acceptances. It makes me really want to get into my revision of my story...or it almost makes me really want to get into the revision...

Today I continue on my quest to have my marriage recognized in Kuwait. We meet with a lawyer today...actually, we each have our own lawyers. I'm not quite sure why, but I've been told to show up at a certain time...and to be prepared to wait. Lucky me.

I'm in the South. Supposed to be 60 and sun. Would love some snow though. I'm the opposite of most people, actually like the cold.

Wow this thread is jumping. Though I guess that sort of makes sense considering how when I first joined everyone was teenagers and we were in that thread. Six years later and the activity shifts to this one.

Looking forward to seeing what kind of changes have happened during my extended absence. Thanks for all the welcome backs.
