Pen/stage name FB profiles are shut down all the time, they move you to being a page as per EULA.

There are lots of fictional identities on Facebook, including companies and organizations. Is it possible that registering your pen name as a fictional name with your state will get it past FBs filters, and allow you to register as an organization or sole-proprietor business (which is what many writers are, anyway)?
