Relishing the process

My goal was to make it a priority to sit down and write an hour a night. No distractions, (hard with my three teens in the house), no interruptions, and no excuses.

So far, I am at word 39,669 and I have kept true to my cause. 50K, here I come!

My goal is to reach 50K and I am almost there. The characters are on their way to their climax and I am starting to see how it all is going to end.

Follow-up!!!! I did it! 50K words! I stopped really writing the story line at 48K and went into revision, knowing I had to beef up a few weak points. I still have a looooooong way to go, but I did it. I hit 50K words!!!!! WOOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!

Ok, back to revising.
