I'll come and pick you up! I'll tuck you in on the couch and bring you questionable liquids to drink (is Hawaiian Punch really a food product?) and you can watch cartoons.

ZOMG, I just heard something that reminded me: last week I walked in someplace and the secretary said "Oh, I almost didn't recognize you. You're wearing pants." (Usually I'm in a skirt.) Thought of you all.

Jude, that sounds lovely. Not sure about the Hawaiian Punch, though. :D

As for the pants, ahem, I was revisiting the Newbie Guide today. Says in there that mods are supposed to make sure everyone keeps their pants on.

ahem.

Oh, please don't quit. Just when we wuz havin fun. Just like my mother used to tell me

"When're you gonna start bein havin'?"

Got caught red handed. Just because I ate a piece of cake and then asked if I could have some. "No. I'm takin' that to church." So what was so wrong with takin half of it?

 One instance where forgiveness after the fact was not easier to obtain than permission beforehand?

What kind of cake was it?

Oh yeah. That would make all the difference, in that forgiveness quotient, wouldn't it?

I mean, if it was some kinda heavy ole pound cake, go ahead kid, have some more. :D

I unquit. As long as I don't have to wear pants!

If it was a church cake, forgiveness is required.

Congrats on the good work, Bill!

Nice cover, RNJ!

You get well, Kylabelle. That's an order. (Try a different dentist.)

Ah, lemon fluff! In the middle with a spoon! It would most definitely require church-enforced forgiveness; you'd not likely get any other kind. :D

Hmm. "Lemon fluff, in the middle, with a spoon" sounds like one of those murder mystery games, LOL!

How do ya do that yellow dude that's lying on the floor and kicks like he's dying. Yeah, that guy. I think his name is Ralph. Everyone keeps spelling his name ROFL.

Don't worry, she's lying. No ones has ever read the Newbie guide.

That, good sir, is a challenge I must meet. BRB with the quoteski. I laffed and laffed.

Here it is:

Try to look at it like this: Say you went to a huge yard party, and some of the guests were single, and a bunch of them were friends, but a bunch more were total strangers, and some guests were married, and some brought kids --BUT a few people got a bit wild and thought it would be fun to take off all their clothes and dance on the furniture, and the host said, "err, hang on, folks. Not that kind of party, so please put your pants back on; in the meantime, does anyone want to volunteer to run the grill?"

That's what we have mods and admin for.

Joke time:

Joe: My wife always lights up my life.
Moe: That's so nice.
Joe: Not really. She leaves on every light in the house! :D Do I hear an all-inclusive groan now? hehe
