Hmmm...I think I'll vote meat...but I don't eat red meat or pork. I just can't imagine my life without fish and shrimp and crab and turkey bacon...

And veggies! I love my veggies! Salads and fresh tomatoes from our garden and spaghetti squash and...

Fruit! Bananas and strawberries and our fresh blueberries...

I could pick carbs as my LEAST favorite, but I cannot decide amongst the rest.

I have been a lot less about food lately. Over past two years I ballooned up from 175 to 229. Since spring I have been walking 10K a day to get back to 175...which is what I was at for about 20+ years (I walked across Spain and Paris this past spring). I have quit most food groups. I chose fruit...because it's my go-to now for treats! I'm living mostly in the fruits and vegetables food groups...almost exclusively. I'm currently 180lbs. (-:

You're missing the Big Four everybody learns about once they live on their own:

  • fast
  • frozen
  • junk
  • spoiled

Huh. And here I always thought the four basic food groups were sugar, salt, cholesterol, and preservatives.

Torn between chocolate and beef, er, meat. I guess I could survive without chocolate. I could not survive without meat. I'd be eating leg of passerby in a week.

For dinner tonight, I had Swedish meatballs (well, I think the store that made them flattened them a little so they wouldn't roll off the table and onto the floor and out of the door) and mashed potatoes.

WITH GRAVY.

Did you go to Ikea?! Yum!

I do have to say that Kevin does look great, but imagining fruit as a treat makes me panic just a little bit.
