Thank you for clarifying, CAWriter.

Since signing with the Nashville, has Jonathan sold any manuscripts for you and if so, to which publishers (I don't need to know titles if you'd prefer to keep that confidential, but knowing which publishers would be useful).

It's only been a few months, but I do have a proposal under consideration with a major CBA publisher. He has many sales posted on Publishers Marketplace though. Additional sales that weren't listed with PM includes selling the rights to "A Dog Called Christmas" to Hallmark. (Maybe you saw it aired on CBS Nov 29?) It's really not hard to find his sales record with Abingdon Press, Crown, Tyndale, Revell, etc.

Contracts can always be negotiated. A (public) sales record can't be faked. The empirical information outweighed the theoretical or subjective for me.

Nashville's nonstandard contract was fully empirical. I saw several copies. I'm glad to hear it's changed, but as I mentioned, it would be helpful for me to document this in my files.
