- Kidney beans if they're available (butter beans if not)
- Couple of cloves of garlic, chopped
- Half a tiny tin of concentrated tomato paste
- Plenty of black pepper and a dash of ginger
- Fist full of peanut powder towards the end, to thicken it
At home, always cassava ugali as maize stinks the house out.
