Kindle Scout manuscript requirements

I'm thinking of trying Kindle Scout. However, after checking out their site, and all their links, I simply could not find any guidelines for the manuscript requirements (like font size, line spacing, paragraph indents, page numbering, chapter headings, margins, etc.).

They mention using the Chicago Manual of Style, but then it seems this manual suggests using what certain publishing houses would require. So...again, sort of a dead end, since Kindle Scout doesn't have any specific requirements.

Anyone know?
