My so-called bucket list, in order of priority:

- Have a Trappist Westvleteren Ale (I don't even care which one, specifically). The beer is made in a monastery in Belgium by monks who refuse to up production because they're not looking to make a profit off of it, is almost impossible to get short of travelling to said monastery and asking for it at the gates, and is near-universally accepted in beer snob circles as being the best beer in the world.

Other than that...
- have a novel accepted and published (and hopefully liked!)(hopefully liked a whole lot, to be honest)
- see the Isle of Skye again
- eat at every restaurant on Anthony Bourdain's "13 Places to Eat Before You Die" list (2 down so far!)
- get paid to write

New Question of the Day:

(The Bucket List) What are the Ten things you'd like to do before you die?

I love threads like this. Or maybe I just enjoy answering other people's questions too much
.

1. putting the story ideas in my head on paper and actually finishing a story all the way to the bitter end
2. skydiving
3. doing something with my artwork instead of just rough sketches or lame Paintbrush pieces claiming it's "digital art"
4. losing weight so that I can live long enough to get through this list
5. getting much, much better at cooking instead of being the Microwave Queen
6. visiting Japan, Europe, Australia, or some other country I've never been to before
7. learning a new language and actually being reasonably good at it...amigo
8. getting another cat since we miss ours so much after she passed a few years ago
9. possibly moving back to Georgia since Illinois is too darn cold!
10. meeting someone who's capable of a long term relationship without the need of marriage, kids, or even living together
