Pretty much anything by Dingo Pictures, especially Animal Soccer World and Dinosaur Adventure. The animation is spectacular, the voice acting has to be heard to be believed, and the originality of the characters...wow.
The Trouble With Tracy
Produced in a hurry to meet the newly placed CanCon rules placed on TV stations, the producers used scripts that were decades past their due date, a shoebox-sized set, and hand-me-down costumes and props, while actors are demanded to act out two or three episodes a day, you have the making for what is possibly the worst TV show ever put on the air. But the fact that they use some of the best actors from the playhouses of Toronto, it is kind of good in a way.
