Has anyone else been watching? Here's the Official Site.

It's one of those shows I have a true love/hate relationship with. There are things I adore (Golan, for instance) and things I loathe (how did Yussef get in and out of the embassy, magic?). But I keep watching. Mainly for the bromance (which is almost an actual romance) between Peter and Golan. But sometimes the lazy writing just has me shaking my head.

What do others think?

I quit before the end of the opening ep. I had a bad feeling about it during the opening scene when the Rabbi inspected a full-sized, placenta-covered Red Heifer and declares it without blemish... in twelve whole seconds.

The Redshirt had... dyed cherry-red hair. Really? And why on earth is it an instance of White People Save the World... in the Middle East? Anne Heche and "Lucious Malfoy" certainly have acting chops, but for me I couldn't see past the plot holes and whitewashing. I quit when the first PoC cast member arrived... and she was a secretary.
