I like having long, high mantinence hair.

it gaurentees me a certain amount of time to spend on myself.

Plus, it doubles as a handy pacifier holder in a pinch! :D

I have a medium length hair.It's streight and shiny.:e2file:
It looks treated and naturally healthy, but it takes so long to grow!
But actually I'm OK with that)
I'm not the biggest fan of superlong hair.

I usually have pretty long hair. Although I have found that mine tends to max out at about 2 feet. Anyway, I recently cut off 10+ inches and have a long lob that goes just past my collarbone. Took some getting used to, but I like it. May go slightly shorter even next visit, but have to keep it long enough to go into a ponytail. I have done as short as pixie before, which had its own appeal, but was not a good look for me. I am very tall (6'4") and it made me look unbalanced and more like a man than I care to.

Does anyone else destroy vacuum cleaners when long hairs wrap the beater bar, get spun to the ends by centrifugal force, and eventually prevent it from turning?

I just started buying the cheap 99$ uprights because I needed a new one every year. I'd rather have bare floors, but one hair curled up in the corner looks like some kind of small animal's nest.

I went through a few vacuums before I splurged on a $600 Dyson about 5 years ago. It handles my hair and the cat's hair, and hasn't had a problem yet.

A problem I haven't had before (since I never exercised): My hair is that awkward medium shoulder length where it's too long to leave down when I run but half of it falls out of a ponytail if I try to put it up.

I finally gave up and got a headband.

That's the only solution for that in-between stage. Although I found that once I'm really sweating, it stays raked back better, especially if I watch my form and keep my head up.

I have in-between hair, too.

Hi pandaponies, I was just stalking looking for you and thought I'd chime in. I have long-ish hair. When I had it down to my bottom, that included about five inches of split ends, which don't look so good.

I use pure shampoo soap or baking soda, with lime juice or apple cider vinegar as a conditioner.

Does that work well? I've been thinking of switching to baking soda and apple cider vinegar for a while. I've heard lots of good things about it.
