I came across Susan Mac Nicol's post today on facebook, warning about a rogue paperback trader:

There appears to be a rogue trader on ebay who is selling print copies of authors' books which aren't sanctioned by either the author or the publisher of the book. I've sent his/her details to my publisher so they can try get a Cease and Desist action going but the more the merrier. Check and see if your books are there. I know some of mine are. One author has ordered a book of hers from the site and it turns out it is by a different print company than the one it should be.
And I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything about it? I know everyone's pretty used to pirated ebooks, but this one's a little odd.

Can anyone see their books on there when they shoudn't be? :)

Sounds weird to me, where else could they possibly print it? The vast majority of third party traders just jack up the price and buy a copy from the publisher of they get an order. Which is completely legal.

Hmmm, does seem a little strange about the prints from another source. :)
