Darian: Salad is salad. Food is food. Just give it to me however you feel like making it. I'm not fussy.

Jenna: "Alright. Though ever since I joined the Coalition, I keep having these nightmares that beasties are attacking me."
If offered the opportunity to take over the world, how would your MC react?

Sid (at the beginning of "Dismal Sky"): I'd take it but give it to someone I knew would be able to rule justly. Like... well, I don't know anyone like that yet. But if I did, I would let them have all the power. Sid (at the end of "Dismal Sky"): I'd take over and decimate all those who live unjustly, who kill those who are powerless just to increase their own well-being, then build up a frightful army to keep order and safety top priority. What is your MC's least favorite color? (e.g. a color they associate fears or bad memories with)

Darian: My mother was obsessed with blue. She died in a blue dress. It was months before I could wear blue, but since I have my dad's eyes I had to get over my aversion to it. So I would say red was my least favourite because of their spilled blood, but my girlfriend has red hair. I can't let colours trigger the memories, because I won't be able to function.
What is one skill your MC wishes he/she had?

BRAD: Reading people. Would make my life a helluva lot easier.
DANICA: Not so much a skill, but I wish I were more care-free; had the skill to brush things off. What 3 items MUST your MC have while trapped on a deserted island?

Gaden: I need a good book -- preferably a heroic epic -- my biggest sword to hunt and kill prey and to train so I'll always be ready to exercise justice upon those who live injustly, and, if possible, a populace to protect. Your MC is buried alive. What is their first reaction? (I have a hunch this might have been asked before...)

)What is your MC's personality quirk?

Darian: My entire personality is a quirk. I use big words when I speak because I forget the small ones, I'm compelled to say smartass things all the time, I tell really morbid jokes that creep everyone out and talking about parents makes me feel bitter because I don't have any. For someone who tries not to think of his family often, I sure do a lot.
Your MC is trapped in a room with a candlestick and a mirror. There are no doors. There is one barred window and a mattress. How does he/she get out? |

Jenna: "Okay... so this is probably another one of Brainmaster's tricks." *Inspects the mirror and the candle. Looks out the window.* "Plants!" *She uses her plant powers to curl long blades of grass around the bars, and yanks on them. Nothing happens.* "Jack! Lance? Somebody? A little help here!" *Goes back to thinking.*
Hehe, that was a fun one. Your MC is confronted by a fork in the road. There's a viscous looking dog on one side, and a duck with a cat riding it's back on the other. What does your MC do?

Darian: Hug my friends, kiss my girlfriend, tell Raoul thanks for looking after me. I will then retreat somewhere quiet to die alone so no one has to watch me suffer. Yes, I've thought about this often.
What would be the ideal gift your MC could get for Christmas (or any equivalent holiday)? |

Ithaca Porter: Really? I'm going to go for the classics here and say the original Halloween. I would have made an amazing Laurie. Fitz Hamilton: Can you see me chewing my own hand off to escape from Jigsaw? Ithaca Porter: No offense honey, but you'd be the first killed off because you always say "I'll be right back." Does your MC have their own blog? What do they blog about?

J: A bog? Why would I have my own swamp? How is that even used as as a verb?
![]() SERENA: *Laughs* No, a blog. B-L-O-G. It's a website you update on a regular basis with information or your thoughts and opinions, and you can share it with other people if you want to. J: Information or thoughts and opinions on what exactly? SERENA: Anything! People have blogs about basically everything. J: Ah, okay. I don't really get online much except to send email or listen to songs. I don't think I'd have time to write one of those anyway. Do you have one? SERENA: I don't, but Matt runs one where he posts videos and stuff, and he's had me help him with it a little bit. Does that count? It's where he hosts his streaming video "talk show" online about our our school, pop culture, world events, etc .... I still can't believe he asked me out to Homecoming while we were "on the air." ![]() J: Is that how he asked you? ![]() Has your MC ever been arrested?

SERENA: I don't know.
J: Sure. Well... depends. Is it a female police officer? SERENA: Do I even want to know what that has to do with it? J: Well, I’ve been told in the past that I have irresistible charm and appeal – it’s pretty easy to use that to my advantage. All I have to do is flirt with the cop a bit, and I’m good to go. SERENA: Get over yourself. ![]() And while we're on the subject of driving/speeding tickets... Does your MC have a driver's license ?

Janey (@ beginning of novel): Eh... I'm not the best. I usually have a couple of drinks, to take the edge off, you know? I know I shouldn't but...well, whatever.
Janey (@ end of novel): I take whatever is bothering me and I fight back. I don't deal with disappointment anymore. I'm in charge of my own life. If your MC could pick a character (book, movie, etc) to have dinner with, who would it be and why? |

Fitz Hamilton: Please that's not even the most embarrassing thing that happened that week. There was that one time you... **Clamps hand over Fitz's mouth** Ithaca Porter: They don't need to know that. Fitz Hamilton: Yes they do. See what happened was, we were at this really nice resturant in downtown San Francisco when Ithaca tripped into a waiter carrying a tray of wine glasses and those glasses dumped all over Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz. Ithaca Porter: They were really nice about it but I was mortified. If your MC could "Accidentally on Purpose" spill a beverage on a celebrity they didn't like who would it be?
