I don't know why people get so bent out of shape over this, don't view it as some polemical war, view it as hilarious.

I can't stop laughing at some of these. Also, from the comments section:

I was going to say, you did??? hehehe...to be fair, I like his more recent works. I hated the writing in misery though I loved the story. He's maybe like a fine wine, you grow accustomed to the taste.
(I say this because I can't handle red wines, especially Merlot)

True. I did read the Twilight books and while the writing may have been a bit off, it was what it was and I liked the story. Well, I didn't like the sparkles

I'm 50/50 on King.. I like some of his books and others I don't. I LOVED The Shining, Misery, Salem's Lot and Carrie
