I am most surprised that this thread hasn't started yet, but then like me, most of you might have been busy with NaNo.

Anyway, so how about it guys? Ready for December Chain?

If the person before you hasn't posted for 2 days, just go ahead and do your post.

Please add all links of the participants in your post, and specify the person who went before you, and the one who is supposed to go after you.

START DATE - December 4th

If anyone wants me to add them after 4th, it's fine. Of course your links won't be added to posts that already live, but we are happy to have new participants.

Hello, Everybody
I still have some unused ideas from November that you might like to consider. For example: 'What would you bring to a deserted island?,' a bucket list, or 'If money was no object, how would you spend a day?'
Also here is a few suggested from DavidZahir that I think have potential
Favorite Cliches?
Guilty Pleasures?
TV shows you wish hadn't been cancelled?
Or we could do a Christmas, winter or December chain.
Either way I'm in.

Happy Monday.

Here's another one. What mistakes do you find you've most commonly made when you get to the editing process and what do you do to fix them? ie. overused cliches, grammar mistakes, not enough/too much description, etc.

The members of the chain agree on a topic.

Somebody (usually the person who started this thread) puts a list together in order of those who've signed up. Everyone agrees on a starting date.

First person on the list posts something "on topic" on their blog and announces it here, linking to that post. The next person in line has two or three days to announce their post. And so on. It is considered pretty much courteous to read each blog posting and comment on it on said blog. Oh, and each person in the chain posts a list of everyone in the chain with links to their blogs.

Great response. Okay, let's make this simple. We have several suggestions. I will list them here, and just pick the one you like. And you must pick one, so we can make a quick decision.

1. A list (one of the topics from Claire's post)
2. Editing Process (coryleslie's suggestion)
3. 2009 Wrap up = perhaps how's the year been in terms of writing/reading/art or any personal important things (Bsolah's suggestion)
4. Seasonal theme = winter/christmas (Ralph & Shethinkstoomuch)

Just make sure to mark your vote clearly, so I can count them up.

My Vote: 3 - 2009 Wrap Up

I'm in, I like the sound of the editing topic, or something seasonal.

Ok #3 has the most votes, so we will go with that. Hope the few of you who voted for other things are still okay with that.

I will add everyone's names now.
