In other forums we have thread where people talk about their projects and report in.
I'd like us to have one in here. I've been actively working on a Nonfiction project for three years off and on. Mostly off. It's been a very difficult topic but as of February first I made the goal to do as much work as I could.
I'm going to report in here about it and I hope you'll join me.
Today, I just finished writing 1136 words for a total of 7742k.
The book is about my experience with my daughter and crystal meth addiction and recovery. It's taken me a long time to get to a place where I can approach it. I'm glad I'm finally there. It's in part a memoir but it's also a great deal more towards self-help I suppose.
So, let's hear from you nonfiction writers. How's your project coming along?
