A publisher or agency using Google ads to solicit your novel probably isn't anyone you want to write for.

Background Check

I'm thinking this is a scam but I just want to check. Blogforcash.biz? The way they pay people is by giving people their own website to post movie reviews on and then putting ads for dish network on there. If readers click on the dish network ad and sign up for it from the blogger's site, the blogger gets paid. This doesn't sound profitable to me - what's the likelihood of someone randomly signing up for dish network after reading a movie review? Plus they want us to pay the hosting fee for our website upfront. Should I run?

Yes.

Content sites make limited cash, content sites tethered to a single product even less, and asking you to pay for hosting is ridiculous.
