QT is a fantastic site. You can use it for free and it helps you organize your queries / find agents that rep. your genre. Plus, you can see response times and what the rejection letters look like. Highly, highly recommend.
Love their forum too!
... querytracker is reliable. The average response times they post are on the money. If it says an agent will take a week to reply on average I hear back in about a week. Really good resource. The comments and company are useful too. Agentquery.com is a good one too. I think both sites have won awards of some sort.

QT is excellent, the only advantage I see for paying for it (instead of using the free version) is if you are querying multiple manuscripts. Other than that, it's great and keeps everything nice and organized.
I have a paid subscription to QT and feel it's worth the money. You get a lot more information, reports based on the data collected, and as mentioned, you can track multiple projects. It really helps me to find agents that fit my genre and style.
What really makes it a great tool, is the more people who use it, the more accurate the information becomes (as the sample size grows).

There is another advantage. Paying a little bit occasionally helps keep the site free -- you don't want it to become as expensive as those better known subscription services.
Donathing every once in a while or subscribing during your actual agent hunt to help keep the site alive is a good thing.
I've been exploring QT for the last few weeks, and it really helps with the query process. I use the free version, but I do like the reports--I know when not to freak out if I don't get an answer back from an agent, and if not answering is a pattern for them. I also like the links provided to an agent's other listings, like on Publisher's Marketplace, Preditors & Editors, etc.
Querytracker is fantastic. As a chronically disorganized person I would never, ever have been able to keep track of queries without it. The paid version is more than worth the money, IMO, and I don't like to pay for things.
Priceless. The first time I queried I tried to use a spreadsheet to keep track of my queries and it just didn't work as well as QT does. I've been using the free version for about two years, but I really want the paid one.
And not that I know of. Agentquery has agent listings, but they don't let you track your queries or anything like QT does.
