Welcome to the pub, H.Reilly!

I thought it would help describe Baileys if I had a little sip, so I went to the fridge to get some and the stuff doesn't sit around for long in my house.

Imagine a drink with the consistency of cream, the sweetness of honey, subtle hints of chocolate, vanilla, coffee and almond, and a touch of alcohol to warm your throat.

Great, now I have to run to the store and buy some. Thanks, HR.

I gotta admit, I'm more of a Kahlua girl. During college, it's possible that Kahlua would magically appear in my morning Cocoa Pebbles. But hey, I had an 8am math class. It's a wonder I got a B....

I like Kahlua too. And Amaretto. Have you ever had a B52? Equal parts Baileys, Kahlua and Amaretto. If you want to go all out, blend in a scoop of vanilla iced cream.

I'm suddenly feeling like Pavlov's (drunk) dog.

B52 was one of the shots I drank the very first time I got drunk. Ah, good old college days. That was a very fun night.

Good afternoon - actually, it's evening where I am, but as this is the pub, nobody is going to be looking at the clock.

But what if it is sunrise, sunset, or an early morning where the sun hasn't come yet but it is too light to call it day?

Of course, just being somewhat oppositional, sorry.

I've never even heard of a B52! Well, I love the band, but that's a different thread. I wonder how a B52 would taste in Cocoa Pebbles? hahahahaha

You could always use "Greetings". Or riff off of TNG's Data--"Are you functioning within normal parameters?"

Of course, "normal" is a relative term. For some (okay, a lot) of us, functioning abnormally IS functioning within our normal parameters.

Oh...that kind of hurt my brain. I think I need a B52. And the dark chocolate.

We could always turn "good times!" into a greeting, like
Good times people, I hope everybody is having an awesome everything!

or we could amalgimate (sp? *shudder* that doesn't look right,) all the time like with "have a happy christmeidhanukwanzaadon!" hmm...

If you want to get ice cream involved, then nothing is more heavenly than a sundae with Godiva's white chocolate liquer drizzled (or poured, depending on your fancy) all over it!

I seem to be disrupting threads left, right and center at the moment with my mere presence. I'm counting this as another win.

Nice rowdy debate going on here. I like to see a busy pub.

*sets a plate of fresh baked homemade chocolate chip cookies on the bar.*

Help yourself, but don't scarf 'em all. I'm trying to lure a certain dragon back. I wonder if he'll smell these....
