Congrats, Sarah!

Let us know the details when you feel comfortable to do so. Some authors generally announce the sale upon acceptance, others announce once they've signed the contract. Really, either is OK and this is up to you how to proceed.

Thanks for the congrats everyone!!

I've accepted the contract terms via email, so, based on Alex's guidance, I guess I'll announce it: my novelette, Interface, will appear in the second issue of Nine: A Journal of Imaginative Fiction.

I feel validated.

Now...crossing my fingers that the acceptance doesn't disappear from my inbox in a cloud of sulfur and ominous laughter.

That's great to hear, Sarah. Congratulations again!

I have a story in their inaugural issue and can tell you that they're a pleasure to work with.

Another Sorcerous Signals acceptance here. This is my first sale, so I'm very happy at the moment (despite all the other Rs I've been getting lately).

Here's to more acceptances to come for everyone.

Congrats, alimay! Which issue will you be in? I think I'm in August 2012 -- wondering if we'll be sharing a Table of Contents.

I have provisional braggage.

Triangulation. But it needs revisions. The story got a write up on Stephen Ramey's Shlushy blog, and I think they are going to be big revisions.

But hey! Bring out the sheepz

Huge congrats on your first sale, Alimay!

Congrats on the novelette sale, Sarah.

Definitely sheepz, Lillie. They'll just dance all the harder once the revisions are done.

Kasma SF accepted my flash SF/horror story "Nuclear Family."

This is one of my shortest stories (at exactly 500 words) but I really like how it turned out and look forward to sharing it with all of you soon.
