Hey Guys!
It's been forever since I posted something, but this time I am in dire need of assistance. I know you might think I'm crazy for posting this here, but my editor said that I need to develop my dialogue in my novel, that it needs to be more realistic and not so forced. He said that playwriting can help me practice and improve my dialogue. So, here's my problem: I'm no playwright. I have no idea what to write a play about and quite frankly I just want to improve my dialogue. Can anybody give me any tips, ideas for a 'practice play' or anything that will help my dialogue improve? I don't mean to brag
, but my editor said this is really my only downfall and if I can fix this, then my novel will be tons better
. Please please please! I can really use some help.
