Question for you all...when one's father says that they're wearing too much makeup (this means any makeup at all) and then proceeds to tell one he will let them know where the line between looking normal and looking like a hooker has been crossed...one would be correct in assuming he thinks they look like a hooker...wouldn't one??
My dad apparently thinks that's not what it means. He thinks that he can say that too me and then I walk away upset and it's all just fine and dandy!! He doesn't think there's anything wrong with that!! AHH!! And by the way since when it's it wrong to wear a little makeup when you're 17?? If I was 10 I could see the problem with this...but I'm not!! AHH!! God I cannot wait to turn 18 and get out of here!! On the positive side...which my father has amost ruined...I got a job offer to work with a little boy over the summer (the one I work with now) full time. It's a really great opportunity and if I go for my degree in Early Childhood Education it will really be a bonus...that and it pays more than any minimum wage job I could get anywhere else. LOL. Anyway...still thinking it over as it means a BIG commitment so... |

Kay, I am 25, still living at home (new appartment is almost ready, so not long anymore) and my mom still shouts after me that I should wear a coat when I go outside without one, or that I should not forget to lock the doors when I leave LOL Some things will never change

And everybody there is so nice...and the youth pastor is awesome!! Anywayz...a bunch of them went on a mission trip to LA and so they were showing some video from that and when they went to climb up that mountain w/ the big Hollywood sign on it (does that place have a name?? anywayz...) a couple of them were still on the ground and they walked right by Ashton Kutcher!! OMG I was laughing SO hard because whoever was filming didn't know who it was so he just kept filming. It was so funny cuz now they don't have proof that they talked to him and shook his hand. Then like 20 minutes later the girls and the rest of the guys are all coming down and they were all just like OMG they met Ashton!! FUnny...maybe I'll post the video when I get a copy of the DVD. They also saw the premiere of Ice Age...well the red carpet part anyway...so that was cool because Ray Romano is in it and as you all know I'm a huge fan!! Today is my little godsister Kimmie's birthay!! I can't believe she's turning 3!! Seems like just yesterday I was holding her when she came home from the hospital!! I'll take pictures at the party tonite  Anyway...I've rambled on enough...I think we're leaving in like an hour so I guess I'd better go have a shower!! |

Hey guys!! I haven't been online as often I was before. I must say that it's for a good reason...a very good one actually. Lately, I have been planning what my future is going to be. Right now my main thing is to get my girl down here and set up our place. I can't wait until she's finally down here and we don't have to worry about saying goodbye over and over again, instead it will be "See you later beautiful!" You see right now we are in a hotel with a magnificent view of New York City and she's laying right next to me sleeping. That's what I want... No! not the city view! But just having her in my arms every single night. Hopefully everything will be worked out fairly soon... I do hope that everyone is doing good! I hope everything is well with everyone! Hello, Hello!
I am home. A little tired from traveling all day, but here. I miss miss miss it! Especially Celine, Ramona, and Marisa! We had soooooo much fun! You have NO idea! I will tell you ALL about it later....I'm gonna go see the family now! Ramona and Marisa stayed in Vegas tonight and went to the show tonight. YAY! They are sitting front row, again! I went three nights! (Thanks to Marisa). Front row twice and right by the sound booth once. AMAZING.... I love it, and so ready to plan my next trip. Who's coming with me? More later...

The students (not only) are going crazy now... We haven't had school for 2 weeks, and this morning it's been decided that the strike would go on. They blocked the universities so we can't acceed it anyway. Tomorrow I'm going to the strike, there's going to be a loooooot of people. Oh and Mr CHIRAC is coming to le Havre on thursday, I think he's going to have a "nice" surprise LMAO I can't wait to see his silly face.

Here in Brazil strikes involting collges & universities are so commum that we got used to it. The public ones - they have strikes that last 3-6 months in a row and every single year it does happen.

Hoooome sweet home!
I was going to leave Vegas at 5 AM but after the show last night, we got back to the room close to midnight and it was just not enough sleep when I woke up at 5 and then 7 AM. Anyway, I'm 'home', now (watching the kids-- two sleeping and the other way into his video game for interruption). It only took 3.5 or 4 hours to get back! Impressive. I drove not too fast, either. I had a GREAT time with Angela and Ramona (and Céline of course). I already miss it. I missed it in the elevator heading down to walk to my car to leave. LOL. Then it hit me that I'll be back in just a few weeks. Last night's show was really, really good and I'll tell you all about it later. Celine was adooooorable! Talk, talk, talkative!!!! Very good spirits considering her "seventeen days!!!!" of vacation which started today. I can't believe I'll be back not too long after that. LOL. Anyway, lots to share, but I'll wait for Angela's review. I always share. Someone else's turn. Sooo much fun! (((((I would edit all that I just wrote to make it propper English, but as a joke, Angela, I STILL CANNOT SPEAK--or type, for that matter lol!!!!)))))

I will share though! I had my neice ALL day today, and trust me that's a full time job! I just got home and I'm going to bed! Tomorrow I work, but maybe I will get something wrote up to share; we'll see! I miss it soooooooooooooooooooooooo much! Agh, I'm so broke, but really looking at planning another trip. I think I need therapy. It's such an addiction. Marisa--you are so so so very right! This woman causes problems! HAHAHAHA!
