My latest book just came out
Hey Everyone,
Good news. I have another book out, entitled, After the Cross. Set in the exotic locations of Marrakesh, Kiev, Istanbul, and Jerusalem, two adventurers race against time to keep a priceless treasure from falling into the hands of those who would destroy it, but will they stop them in time? And just so you know more specifically what the story is about: At the newly excavated archeological site in Istanbul, a discovery is made that will rock Christendom to its very foundation—an 800-year old letter which purports to reveal the final resting place of Jesus’ Cross. A team of experts is hastily convened in an effort to validate the manuscript’s authenticity, and when their analysis points to it as being genuine, a bomb destroys the research center. The project is shut down, and the surviving researchers are ordered to leave. Two of the linguists, Mallory Windom and Colton Foster, have other ideas. Once bitter enemies, they decide to hunt for the cross on their own, even though mysterious forces seem bent on stopping them at all costs. Mallory and Colton follow a trail of clues described in the letter, eventually leading them to Israel, where they find themselves battling against time, hired mercenaries, and each other. Despite the obstacles thrown at them, Mallory and Colton press on to an ancient Jewish town where the Cross has allegedly been hidden. They soon discover, however, the fiercest battle is not from without, but from within, testing their beliefs, their ethics, and their growing love for one another. If this sounds interesting to you, you can check it out on my website (www.mikelynchbooks.com). It is also available for purchase at Amazon, or you can get a copy from the publisher directly (www.ellechorpublishing.com). Anyway, I wanted to share the good news. Mike |

Congratulations, Mike.
I'm new to this site, but I have been writing and collecting rejection slips (emails) for a while. Best of luck for your book sales. |

Howard, I was there too once myself. For two years I had nothing but rejection slips to show for my efforts. But I stuck with it, until I finally found that editor that enjoyed my story as much as me. Once you get that first one under your belt, it is a whole lot easier getting your stories published after that. Though I should add I still receive rejection letters now and again.

Your book looks great. I wish I could buy it, but, *pulls out empty pockets* I'm broke.
The cover is very attractive, too. Good luck with it.
