Titanic II?

Here we are on the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. The ship's name becoming a part of the English language, the wreck lost to the sea for decades - a blockbuster film that just won't go away...

and all of this makes me ask:

If a cruise lines constructed a replica Titanic...

*obviously with a better hull design, using the right rivots, lots more lifeboats... current ship sailing equipment, and very tastefully appointted modern accoutrements*

... and only travelled back and forth from England to New York... Would you consider booking passage for the 'experience' ?

The designers of the Titanic II have taken every possible step to replicate the original in every look and feel, so-much-so that you could compare photos with the original (or the movies) and it looks just like it should look.

It's entirely designed to be an 'experience'.

the most important upgraded needed would be the crew. specifically, the person driving the boat.

Titanic 2: Disaster move, starring Bruce Davinson and Brooke Burns. A cruise liner sets sail on the 100th anniversary of the Titanic's doomed maiden voyage - only for a similar series of events to arise.

ONLY FOR A SIMILAR SERIES OF EVENTS TO ARISE!!!!!

The boat, and the studio interiors pretending to be the boat, is assailed by a tsunami that hurls icebergs into its path, I believe. This causes A SIMILAR SERIES OF EVENTS TO ARISE!!!11!

I missed not only the changing of the title, but also the changing-back of the title.

And I would sail on Titanic II, after the maiden voyage. Of course, it'd probably be expensive as hell... Would they still have the doomed 3rd class cabins?
