I'm new! Newbie, newbie, newbie...

Hiya!
I've been reading the posts on here for a few years, sort of surreptitiously hiding behind the word "guest" but suddenly I have a question and I can't find the answer in your annals. So I have taken that big step and joined.
I am a writer, a teacher, a mom, a wife, a nomad, a packrat... I currently live in Doha, Qatar with my husband and a couple of Arabian cats.
Looking forward to becoming a part of the AW community!

Welcome Kattbee. I'd say by taking this step that you are already part of the community. It's just a matter now of how long you chose to stay.

On the funny side of life I've been known to read peoples minds...so here goes my attempt to read yours.

Because we are in a different time zone sometimes my wires can get crossed and end up with some very unusual readings. You are a travelling salesperson who has agreat knack for selling your wares, unfortunatelly the best sales have been to yourself.

You gave birth to you first child while on your pet camel "Rocky"and your husband ended up being your midwife whether he wanted to be or not and when he went to look for hot water...That's when you became a teacher and the first lesson you taught the children was how to use a compass ensuring that your husband attended that particular class.

So how did I do? Close? Oh and at some point in time in the near future you are going to inherit two Arabian Cats.
