Useful Tools of the Trade

So I have been using The Grinder to track my subs. I decided to use them because the Duotrope went to a pay format and because the guy who started it is a member of this forum and he does W1/S1. I like it. David is incredibly responsive to adding markets and replying to emails. I am also planning to use QueryTracker when I finally get a mss that is Query worthy. lol

So what do y'all use to track subs?

What other tools do you use? Like AgentQuery, QueryTracker, etc.

What are pros/cons of the tools you use?

Obc- No not really. You have to know what market you are subbing to in ER. They have lots more spec fic stuff. I use it to keep track of how many days a subs been out, % rej./acc./total subbed. Stuff like that. I tried writing it down in a notebook. But since I am subbing so many smaller pieces, my notebook looked like a bomb hit it. I guess I could come up with a spreadsheet, but that takes time and the Grinder is already there and set up and counts down the days my mss has been out.

If Lori doesn't mind I would love the both. Then I can see which one works better for me.

I think David started the Grinder to fill in the free spot when Duotrope went pay. So it is similar in concept and what it does.
