...Anyone seen Haggis?

btw, this is a Prairie Dog, not a groundhog.

Different animal.

If it has not been mentioned already. I did not back-read that closely.

Well, someone needs to tell this to the site I got it from. They used it to write The History of the Groundhog.

Are you sure that's just not Phil on a bad day? Maybe he's just dehydrated after a night of binge drinking....

Lol! He looks a bit spoiled. If he were a 'real' groundhog living the life of a groundhog I doubt some creepy man in a tails tux would feel comfortable hoisting him over his head like that.

I've never found it bitter, but that wouldn't be a surprise to me because I do like a lot of items that people call bitter.

Fixed a problem with my signature (the Kindle link wasn't leading to my Kindle stuff) and added a link to my Smashwords page.

Lowered prices on Hatchings, Code Of Law, and my 6-pack collection to $0.99 each for a limited time to celebrate my having been at this for just over a year. This is a temporary reduction in the prices of these works.

Need to go work on at least one short story and one of my novels today too.

I thought you horror hounds would enjoy this random fact. I follow a Twitter account called WTF facts and this was one they just posted:

"After the death of her husband, poet Percy Shelly, Mary Shelley (author of Frankenstein) kept his heart wrapped up in silk until she died."

I always knew the author of Frankenstein had to be a little freaky but I had no idea just HOW freaky she was! That sounds like the makings for a new kind of story. :D
